Facade

World scorns when decency is violated
Towards sufferer not the perpetrator
Double standards are appreciated
And blamed against the creator

When clothes and skin are torn apart
Sides are taken on what’s right or wrong
It is called crazy when it is to the heart
They all say, always stay strong

Forgiveness is a pretense of the eyes
Just because you see it counts
But when you can’t, it’s called lies
Nevertheless, repugnance astounds

Since when does humanity disparate
That what’s physical is real and true
Feelings and spoken are simply strait
White’s called facade but belief is blue

(Rape is rape…emotional or physical)
